In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context otherwise requires:
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account and use the jilio Platform. This requirement is set in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. jilio strictly enforces this age restriction and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.

2.3 Registration Accuracy. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. jilio reserves the right to verify all registration information and to suspend or terminate accounts where information is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.
2.4 One Account Per Person. Each natural person may maintain only one (1) active jilio Account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is prohibited. Bonus funds and winnings generated through duplicate accounts will be voided, and all associated accounts may be permanently closed.
2.5 Self-Excluded Players. Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from jilio or from any other gaming platform with which jilio has a self-exclusion agreement are not eligible to register or re-register an account during the period of their self-exclusion.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilio login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) used for two-factor authentication. You must not share your credentials with any third party. jilio will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
3.2 Suspicious Activity. If you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your jilio Account, you must notify jilio's support team immediately via the contact details provided on jilio.co. jilio may suspend your Account pending investigation.
3.3 Account Verification (KYC). jilio may require you to complete identity verification at any time, including but not limited to: prior to processing your first withdrawal; when cumulative deposits exceed regulatory thresholds; or when jilio reasonably suspects fraudulent activity. Required documents may include government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and evidence of payment method ownership.
3.4 Account Suspension and Closure. jilio reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account if: you breach any provision of these Terms; jilio suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; regulatory requirements mandate such action; or jilio determines in its reasonable discretion that continued operation of your Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
3.5 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. jilio reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts, or to close them after providing notice to the registered email address.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jilio accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). jilio does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not explicitly listed on the jilio Platform at the time of transaction.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount at jilio is ₱50 via GCash or PayMaya. Minimum amounts for other payment methods are displayed at the point of transaction on the jilio Platform.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests from jilio are processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours for standard accounts to GCash or PayMaya. Processing times may vary for bank transfers and during periods of high demand. VIP members may benefit from expedited processing as outlined in jilio's VIP program terms.
4.4 Withdrawal to Source. Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method that has been used to deposit into your jilio Account and that has been successfully verified under KYC procedures. jilio reserves the right to return funds to the original payment source.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. jilio is committed to compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) legislation applicable in the Philippines. jilio may request additional documentation to comply with AML obligations before processing withdrawals, and may report suspicious transactions to relevant Philippine authorities as required by law.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers made available by jilio are subject to specific terms and conditions disclosed at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to your jilio Account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable), and expiry period are stated in each bonus offer.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. jilio reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to: exploiting promotional offers through multiple accounts; placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine gambling activity; or coordinating with other players to collectively abuse promotions.
5.4 Withdrawal Priority. Where an Account holds both real-money funds and bonus funds, real-money funds will generally be used for wagering and withdrawal purposes first, unless the applicable bonus terms specify otherwise.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the jilio Platform is governed by individual game rules accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing wagers.
6.2 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity issue that affects the outcome of a game round, jilio reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to your Account balance. jilio will not be liable for losses resulting from technical issues beyond its reasonable control.
6.3 Game Outcomes. All game outcomes on the jilio Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems and/or live dealer operations. jilio does not manipulate game outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-run statistical averages, not guaranteed returns on individual sessions.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited at jilio and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance:

9.2 jilio shall not be liable for: indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses; loss of profits or gambling winnings resulting from technical failures beyond jilio's reasonable control; or losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under Philippine consumer protection legislation or PAGCOR regulatory requirements.
10.1 jilio collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By using the jilio Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.
10.2 jilio implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data. However, no internet-based platform can guarantee absolute security, and you accept this inherent risk as a condition of use.
11.1 jilio reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address held on your jilio Account no less than seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory direction.
11.2 Your continued use of the jilio Platform following notification of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account.
12.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jilio Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting jilio's support team at [email protected]. jilio will endeavour to respond to and resolve all disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.
12.3 Jurisdiction. If a dispute cannot be resolved through jilio's internal dispute resolution process, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
12.4 Regulatory Complaints. Players may escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's published player complaint procedures.
